hey kyle it sounds like you might have the wrong spring in it shoulkd only be 1000 rpm. give me a call. i have the stock spring if you want to try it?

My son has shredded 5 belts in the last year. It took a while to convince brp what was causing this problem but I finally did. It is in the shop right now getting a new crank installed. Give me a call if you want to & I will explain our problem in detail. It could be the same thing that is happening to yours.
