Before thanksgiving weekend with all the talk of everyone wanting to cut there plastics I finally got the nerve up to do it. It wasn't to hard really. I used a dremel. and sanded by hand after a bit to get the rough parts out. Polished a lil and I was done. I know it needs to be touched up a bit still in a few places but damn does it look a **** of a lot better. All weekend in glamis never had a problem with sand in my face....

Nice job man! I like the bumper, what did you give for that? and where? Yet again, nice job on the fenders!

The bumper is from RIS Designs... this weekend if you call in during there sale hours they will be giving 15% discount. I think I paid like 90.00 for mine but well worth it...

i was thinking about cutting mine but i didnt know how hard it would be and how it would turn out...

Posted by: QuadTrix6

its not that hard and looks a lot better but sometimes when its wet out or snowing i miss my fenders

Posted by: Str8Wicked

I think we are getting a storm in tomorrow so I'll be most likely taking the quad out to Azuza Canyon..... If so I'll try them out in the mud, dirt, rocks, and rain

Str8Wicked,

You are just asking for it. You are going to be pelted with mud and rocks if your going to ride in mud with cut fenders. I've done it and it sux period! Trust me.

good luck

its not as hard as you'd think. But it does suck in rivers, mud, etc.

It gets cold!

Didn't get a chance to go out after all this weekend... Maybe next weekend will tell...
