TC stands for Tom Carlson. He is one of the best 4 stroke engine builders in the world for ATV's. Builds Doug Gust and many other top Pro's motors. His web site is getting worked on, so you can call Tom at 814-723-3514. He is very helpful, has great info, and builds great motors.
