Getting to the park plug???

I have a 2000 Sportsman 500 with i believe to be a fouled plug but i know nothing about getting to it.......What peices of plastic need to be removed?, Also while the key is on the Coolant light is on also, and stays on while cranking any ideas on this also?

I have a 1997 sportsman and I hope they are the same but if you remove the right side middle plastic piece under the gas tank is a red plug sticking out and under that is the spark plug.
