YFZ Blowing fire???

I have an 06 YFZ. It has a full HMF exhaust, 175 main jet, 45 pilot, and the needle on the 4th clip down. When you crack into it real hard it blows a flame out the exhaust about 4 inches long, now im sure this cant be right. What really has me concerned is that the air fuel screw wont run in. It was backed out against the brass plug when i pulled the plug out and when i tried to run it it it got real tight. It looks like it is out probably 4 or 5 turns farther than my buddies. It sets down in the hole alot farther than mine (his is an 05 yfz). Is the air fuel screw my problem???

I think the fuel screw has a spring on it, if its turned that far in theres probably no spring.

did you take your spark arrestor out?
