how much do you think a '92 blaster that has an FMF pipe, almost bald tires, and NO cylinder, only a piston, would go for?

i ask b/c i might buy my friend's old blaster, he has no need for it b/c he has a truck, 2 chargers, a 2002 400ex and a cr125.
of course im not buying it as a regualer quad, im buying it as a beater/fixer-upper.

any body want to take an educated guess at how much i should offer him?

Prob around $900 to $1,200 unless he'll give u a deal. When you first ask him say around $500 or $600 and see if he will say yes or raise you to like $750. But dont go higher then $1,200.

i offered him 100$ in cash, he said he'll think about it

to get it running i need a new cylinder (400$) and piston and rings ($80+-) and maybe the top of the cylinder ($110) sooo.... yeah

Its probably pretty beat up, I would say $300. He will probably come back to you about the $100 and try to raise it a little. Say "Take it or leave it"
