My brother has the first year Brute Force 750. 2005 I think! Not mine but he asks many ???'s LOL Anyway, he was to QF 2006 and the damn thing overheated constantly because of a muddy radiator. Well, I fixed that problem but now he said its overheating since he was at QF 2008. Everything is clean he tells me and no blockages. The fan runs off and on so its working. He checked the impeller and it is still working. He also took out the thermastat today and he said it its still getting hot. Any info would be great! He also just changed over to ENGINE ICE (which I don't like anymore!) LOL

Have you done any mods to the bike at all or is it stock?

It's all stock! Other than tires!

The only thing that I can think of is you may have a clog in your block that is preventing the coolant from entering into the motor.

A clog? I don't even think he has 500 miles on it yet! I am pretty sure it is circulating too.
