Honda 300 FourTrax question

We just bought my wife a Honda 300 FourTrax 4x4. I oddly enough don't know the year. I think it is a 94,95 or 96. Other than the oil, oil filter, air filter and plug is there anything else i should be doing to the bike to make sure it's ready for her to ride. The bike is in great condition. I just don't want to blow something when it could have been prevented. Any ideas for preventative maintaince would be helpful.
