what is needed to put the 07 and up plastic on a old style 300?

The ability to bend a metal rod into the shape you need....and the plastic of course...

It really isn't a big deal. Get the plastic, go buy a length of 1/4" or so steel rod and make up the mounts you need from the old plastic mounts of the frame to the new tabs on the plastic.

A vice makes it alot easier.

i just used some flat steel and i welded nuts on the brakets for the bolts. making the brakets was not hard just time consuming. i first made them out of coat hangers so i cound git the shap i wanted the i made them out of the flat steel. Pm me your e-mail and i can try to send you some pixs
