ATV riding in southern Utah area ????

Can anyone give me some first hand info about riding trails in southern Utah and northern Grand Canyon area? It looks like it should excellent for trail riding and exploring? I see that there are some ATV tour companies advertising their tours through that area, but we have our own ATV's and would like to spend a week next spring exploring and camping that area. Any help or info greatly appreciated.

There's Coral Pink sand dunes, Sand Hollow near Hurricane, Jarassic Dunes, a bunch of trail and free riding right off the 15 in St. George. Contact some local shops down there, they would know.
