Our local dealer here in northern ont. finally acknowledged that there was a problem with heat in the cab., said Kawasaki was looking into it .We are going to personally contact Kawasaki to ask them to address this issue. They should come up with a solution if enough customers are willing to contact the company. Their products don't need any negitive publicty. In Canada their phone# 416-445-7775. or email www.kawasaki.ca/contact.php In USA Customer Services Dept. phone# 949-460-5688 Mon -Fri. 8.30-4.45 Pac. time or www.kawasaki.com will give phone # and will require you to fill out a on line form to email Kawasaki.
