My family will be goin on a trip this spring break to the Hatfield McCoy Trails, and also to Windrock in Tennessee. We will be spending at least 3 days at each riding area. We have a 400ex, a Warrior, a Blaster, a Magnum4x4 and a YZ80. Is there anything special you suggest to bring to the areas? Also, is there a phone number for the DNR or someone who runs the trails? If not, what do u need to ride there (stickers, flags, gear, ect.)? Are the open all year round? We will be there on April 1st and after. Any of your help is very appreciated, thanks lata

The number of the Hatfield McCoy office is 304 752-3255. Call them with any quesitons you may have. If I can be of any assistance, let me know. I know a lot about the system because I rent a trailhouse to riders.

If you're camping, be on the lookout for the URBAN LEGEND..
That is one scary dude!

To answer some more of your questions, yes the trail is open year round. All you need is the permit you purchase from the trail system and a helmet. The weather is very unpredictable during that time so clothing would vary. I hope this info helps you.
