Ok guys!!!
Got my pipe!
Ready to perform the job!
Were or which is the pink wire I need to splice??
What is the wire for??
Any feed back would be nice!!!

The pink wire can be found under the left upper fairing about where the can am sticker is. Its wrapped in blue tape.

The wire triggers a race map built in from the factory. I'd recommend removing the airbox lid.

If you cut it out on a stock quad, I believe it leans it out, so I would leave it alone for now, I'm not 100% positive on that, so for now I would leave it. I have also heard it gives more h.p.

If you do cut the pink wire, be sure to wrap some tape on each end.

hey ride66----i cut it on mine and noticed a difference in the power right away.....it's a awesome machine! STOCK!! (lid off and spark arrestor removed also...)

Well!!
took it out for the first time yesterday!!quad runs good!!slightly underpowered!!!got pipe lid off wire spliced!!!maybe it needs to break in!!or maybe caused Iam use to riding my DS 650 bajax!!!
Quad feels very lite,runs good on the trails,handles very nice on rough stuff,very happy till now!!!!Will keep riding till it breaks in properly than I will have a diferent view of the quad!!!Keep posting your experience on this one!!!!will keep reading!!

Just wanted to double check. You didn't actually splice something into the wire did you? Just cut it and tape boths ends so they can't touch and connect while your riding.

Wont cutting the pink wire richen it up.... it's adding fuel for a less restrictive exhaust and intake.... right???

You are correct. I was not thinking straight about that. If you put a aftermarket exhaust on, then you need to cut the wire because of it will lean it out. If you cut it with the stock pipe on it will richen it. Besure to take the lid off if you cut it. And besure to tape up both ends of the wire seperate.
