Alright, well I've got a nice 04-05 450r frame here that I don't intend on doing much with. I was thinking about planting an 06-07 KTM 250SXF motor in the frame. How much work do you think this would be?

PM 800screws he has a 250F motor (not a KTM though) in a quad frame... bad looking bike! His is even interchangable with his modded 310R motor or whatever the heck size it is now.
