I have had my DS 450 for exactly one month. when i took it in for its first service I had to have my clutch replaced, a new seat put on and it was blowing fuses. I got it back from the dealership on sat. took it out riding and every time my cooling fan comes on it blows my 20 amp main fuse under my seat. . Has any one else had this problem?

It blows it when your fan comes on? Mine has blown a fuse once, but it was because one of the wires just under the plastic on the left side got rubbed raw and was touching metal.

Odds are you are getting a short somewhere.
Blown fuses are almost always caused by a short in my experience.

I agree. Check for any loose connections or something that may be grounding that shouldnt be.
Did you cut your pink wire?

While I haven't looked in depth, where is the fan located at? I would think on the back side of the radiator....?
I'm pretty sure there isn't one there though.

It was a problem with my fan itself shorting out. replaced fan and it has not given me any other problem. i did put on a pipe, fmi and air filter, let me just say a completely differnt animal now.
