i have an handa 05 450 and im putting the fan back on but for some reason it wont work io checked the fan off of a battery and it works so right now im looking for some info on what to look for and does anyone know whare the clear hose hooks 2 and what its for and info would help thanx

You are checking your fan when the bike is running right? the clear tube is a vent tube for moisture, list any mods you have done removed the key etc that would help diagnose it.

it only kickes on when the temp gets to the right spot. make sure the temp sensor is still hooked up.

temp sensor is hooked up and it has no key if i ground the one wire on the top right side of the motor it will run while my bike is running i am told .......?

There are 4 wires on the key switch harness, black, red green and black with a white stripe. If the key switch has been removed you must slice the red and black wires together to make the fan work. The other 2 you hook to a teather kill switch.
