Does anyone know if the 06 Electric Start chutch assembly will fit on the 05 motor and if they are even different at all?????

05's were never electric start so no.

are you talking about the starter clutch or the transmission clutch.. the starter won't but the transmission clutch( clutch basket, inner hub, pressure plate, metal and friction plates) will all work.
