i took my quadracer and my 250r apart. probly did each one in under two hours. i also took my time and labels every bolt.
i was looking throught the empty quadracer bags that i had (i put it back togather) and some things i wrote on it were funny...
..."bolt abouve steering stem, on the right, next to the thing that looks like an arrow" lmao it was pretty funny...
but hey it got put back togather didnt it...

i think i am goin nto do as soon as i find someone that can powder coat for me thakns for the replies...any pics?

Make sure you label the bolts yourself,,,because you will need to do like Nasty250R said,,lol,,,,I had my friend with me and was handing him the parts as i took them off and having him label and bag them,,,when I was putting it back together the bags would say stiff like Chica Chica Chain Roller,,wtf Thats just the beginning!!!

u can take stock ball joints out........... thought they were no removable

Posted by: 300exQuadracer

hey guess what i`ve got my 3hundred appart right now it took me roughly 3 hours to get everything stripped down to the bare frame right now i`m sanding everything down real nice, o and the balljoints on the 300ex`s are non removeable i talked to my dealer bout them taking em out so i could get the a-arms powderecoated and they said it is all one peice i guess so that sucks, guess just wrap up them ball joints with a shload of hi-temp tape, thats what i`m gonna do

Posted by: mod300ex

its still gogin to melt the rubber im just have my bros body shop do everything chrysler intense blue frame and intense red swing arm aarms and pegs and aother lil stuff u think it would look hott????

Posted by: 300exQuadracer
