.Question: I am a first year racer with the GNCC series. Can I race my 2007 straight axel Brute force 650 with the following upgrades?

Skid Plates
Gibson Steering Stab
HMF full system
ITP ATR tires/Rims
Kill Switch lanyard type
Removed racks

Yadkinville, NC will be my first event then on to snowshoe

I dont recall any rules for first year racer other then you need to be a first year racer.
