I think that 19" is the shortest for the front. Just bought a set of Holeshot fronts as I was wanting to lower the frontend also. Even the little LT 80's and other small quads use the 19's.

I've seen a couple guys at the drags in LA dunes run some kinda of little front tire. I think it may be off a moped or something, diffently a street bike style tread on them...

maybe some kind of trailer tire. I know grooved radials are small euro/japan car tires or small trailer tires.
