dumb question but where do you drain and refill 1995 3004X4 honda fourtrax.
and where is the oil filter?

Ok if you are sitting on the quad there is a round looking thing on the side of the motor with two bolts that take it off. You take that cover off (its real small towards the center of the bottom half of the motor not the big side case in front of the side case) The drain is at the bottom of the motor towads the center like not on the bottom end of the motor like underneath the motor itself. If you have a book it tells you all of this stuff but I am just going off of experience with mine. Also warm the quad up for like 2 minutes and then take out the filter and then drain the oil out so you can get the most oil out of the motor.

The hole the dipstick screws out of. When you fill it fill it till it on the dipstick and then after you have the new filter in turn it on and let it sit for about a a minute so the filter fills up with oil then clean the dipstick and then check the oil again and add more until its on the top line.
