I'm about to Red Kote a gas tank on a 97 300 Fourtrax. I unscrewed the petcock valve and removed it. How do I get the petcock filter out of the tank? Do I push it through or pull it out?
I need it in good shape to re-use.

I just removed my screen last night. You pull it out. It's tricky to get back in since it can be tight but just take your time....
