I bought a head gasket and it is 3 peices, looks crappy, anyone no what this is and if any good?

If it is black in color, it may very well be a factory Honda head gasket. The factory ones are coated with a black substance to assist with sealing.
The factory head gasket is also three pieces, with the outer two being 0.010" and the center piece being 0.040" thick.
