im definately getting the xr200 carb but im wondering what jets to run ( currently using a 108 with a full hmf and no air lid/twin air filter) and if it adds low end because thats what im looking for overall...does anybody have any experience with the carb on a 250ex that can tell me where the power kicks in? thanks

You'll have to modify the airbox , I'm pretty sure it will not fit the intake boot. You *MIGHT* also have to remove the intake manifold and port it slightly to match the mouth of the carb.

try it with a 38 pilot, needle in the middle slot, and a 120 main, and go from there. You will likely have to play with the jetting a bit, but thats a safe start.
