I was talking with a guy about rpm and he was telling me he change his rpm on his honda.So my question is why would you do that and is it possible to do this on the DS450?

Cutting the Pink Wire I beleive also increases the RPM Limit along with ignition advance and the fuel mapping.

I could be wrong though, as I do not own a DS.

If the combination is suited for it, RPM=hp.

Cutting the pink wire does not increase the RPM. The only way to up the RPM is to have the ECU reprogrammed. As far as i know, only Can Am can do this.
