I am looking to buy a ktm 525 so i was just wondering if anyone has got one and if they can tell me how they compare to the 450's and the 700 raptor because if im gonna pay 15 000 for it it better be really good.

im interested in everything dunes, trails, suspension, drag(mostly because i have to beat my friend on his suzuki ltr 450 and and his raptor 700 both with minor mods exhaust, filter...)

please enlighten me.

best money i ever spent. the 525 out performs both those machines all day long. As long as the rider can handle the arm pulling torque!!

It beets all the 450s. Im not sure about top speed drags but in drags it beets raptor 700s which meens it beets the honda 700xx to. The 450s need big bore kits full exhausts and more to even keep up with it.

I felt the shocks and they seem pretty stiff at least with the factory shock settings. Shocks feel like mx shocks.

thanx guy for the info yeah i was just a bit unsure of it because here in Australia they are really expansive but i made up my mind for sure and I'm getting the 525 as soon as i can probably next month or so.
