What is the secret to getting the stock axle out. Don't want to heat things up if I can help it.

Its hard to explain. The first time it is tricky. Check your owners manual for instructions.

I work at a dealer and we dont have a shop manuel yet so I called BRP and they said they dont make one yet? Anyone know the part number so I can get one?

Remove L hub,3 lock bolts from rotor hub- the piece that the assembly bolts to threads off just like a nut- axle will slide right out!
