is it ez 2 make maps 4 the ltr from a power commander box and do u have to hook it up to laptop can i get some help wit the understanding of it

The PCIII has buttons on the controller itself to adjust the map but hooking it up to a laptop is a must and if you go to their website you can download tutorials and how to use it and everything

I was told that the cherry bomb is like a re mapping thing and it should only be used with stock engine and pipe with no baffle and if you want more mods you need a power commander that hooks into some wires and comes with a thing like a cherry bomb that you replace the cherry bomb with and when you order it dynojet sets it up for your engine mods and if you get more mods you take it somewhere they recommend on their site and have it re mapped. Hope this helps. It is recommended not to run cherry bomb and full pipe but some guys do I hear it is alot better with a power commander and cherry bomb and a pro design intake.

Ok but shouldn't you get a power commander if you get a full pipe? Also doesn't the power commander come with a thing that replaces the cherry bomb?

The power commander completely replaces the cherry bomb and a cherry bomb is good for a full exhaust system but once you start putting cams and high compression piston in and all that good stuff that is when you need to get an aftermarket controller

the dynojet powercommander pc111 comes with its own plug in(dyno jet rev extension plug) some people still run the cherry bomb with no problems.

yes but the pc111 comes with its own cherry bomb so to say, its just called the dynojet rev extension plug. BUT it comes with its own for a reason. you payed for it use it.

The rev extnsion plug is the clone of the cherry bomb, only Dynojet's version.
