ok ive been out of the game for over 2 years do to a wreck that put me in bed for 4-5 months. I couldnt get rid of the itch.. so i just got my new 450.. anyway whats the best setup for the stock suspension? The bike seems to be a little stiff and there seems to be to much rebound in the front end. I guess I should be asking whats the best setup for motocross, freestyle etc etc anything that involves jumping.... thanks guys great forum!!!!

there is no good setup, you have to adjust it for you, set the preload for you weight, get the proper ride height, then adjust to compression and rebound so it feels right for ya, if it feels stiff and like it has too much rebound, soften the compression and slow down the rebound. dialing in suspension takes time and patients.
