TC Racing Engines Modified CRF450 Rev box/CDI. $50 Shipped
O.E.M CRF450 Low hour approx. 10hr Complete Crank. I just took it out for a stroker Crank. $60 Shipped. pix are below

Just curious what it cost new? Does the box screw with the carb settings like it does to the 400ex? Changing the pilot or slow jet is needed because it's harder to start when cold?

Most modified CDI boxes cost around 135$
I dont remember what Tom Charged me for my 450Rs he built. That box came on another Hybrid I had bought with a TC National motor. It always started up for me fine. A 400ex wont start well with a rev box unless the battery is fully charged. I dont believe it has much to do with jetting. all it really does is raise the rev limit and some ignition timing. without a battery I dont think you will have any probs. All my trx450rs ran fine with a CDI.

04. but it is an updated crank from honda. it was for an 07 crf, but fits them all.
