I'm putting a New Header Pipe (already have a slip on) on my KFx. I'm also planning on taking off the air box cover and i already have a new air filter. What jets should i use, just give me some ideas to get me in the right direction. Thanks NRPkfx400

whats your elevation?

About a 160 main to start.
you may have to get a 25 pilot if your fuel screw ends > 3.5 turns which you'll also need to adjust about .5 to 1 turn. This needs to be tuned as it depends on your bike, mods, elevation, ect. Stock is set 2.25 from bottom.

Here's mine....
Full FMF Ti-4 system, K&N Filter and Power lid and Old Style Hot CAMS
Stock Carb 150DJ main, 25 pilot, 2.25 turns Fuel screw, Alba Needle 3rd Clip. Elevation 1400'

When I put the cams in I went from a 160 to a 150 Dyno jet main which is actually smaller flow for the same size number. Don't know why but my quad ran real rich @ 160DJ with the cams.
