No-Link Air Box setups

Are there any no-link air box setups currently manufactured by anyone?? I'm looking for one for my no-link LSR 250R, but can't seem to come up with anything. Is a custom airbox my only route to go? Any help here would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Wes

Custom will be your best bet. I had a no link LSR/CRF and I hated the airbox set up on it. I had found a guy that was gonna make me an airbox out of stainless steel and I was gonna take it to an exhaust shop and see if they could make me a piece of pipe to go from the air box to the carb, then weld it to the air box.

Yea, that's pretty much the consensus that I'm getting from everyone. Ok, with that said, could everyone post some pics of their no-link air box setups so that way I have a better idea of what I need to have built. The more pics and the more details you can provide me with the better. Thanks in advance!

This is a Houser no-link chassis with a modded 400ex airbox and a ltr500 air boot.

Thanks for the pics man, I appreciate it. That's obviously a LT500 boot, right? I can't tell if you've done anything to make that adapt to the carb better or not. Is there anything inbetween the LT500 boot and the carb? Or does the LT boot fit directly onto the carb?

Thanks again,
Wes

I made a reducer/adapter. The ltr500 boot was to big and a tad to short. I modded the boot as well. Took out some of the bend and added more clearance for the shock by heating it with a heat gun and holding everying in place as it cooled.

The adjustable subframe is pretty sweet looking. Have you tried different positions yet?

Not really. Moving it much messes with the pipe and intake.
