did anyone ever check there top speed with a gps i'm curious to see how different they are from bike to bike. ours stock would only do 17 mph. let me know. thanks guys. oh the book says unrestricted speed of 30, thats crap.

We have ours running a top speed of 29 mph. If I let it go long enough it should hit 30 mph. I never checked the stock form but it was slooooooow.

Here's our mods.........

MaxRPM pipe
Hi rev CDI
Koso variator
Koso adjustable rear clutch
1000 RPM compression spring
K&N Filter
#82 main jet

Everything else stock (tires, sprockets, etc.) I think I can get more out of it by variator and gear ratio adjustments but haven't had the time to play with it. I still think it's shifting at to low of an RPM.
