I have a 1999 2x4 300 arctic cat atv. It seems to run fine at low speeds and starts up just fine.. But when i get up in rpm and speed she bogs down . any ideas at what could be causing this. Is it the carb. or maybe a glogged filter. Im lost for ideas and could use any help. If someone has run into this let me know ,what got you back on the road please... thanks
