Chain keeps getting loose

I think i've figure out what is causing the chain to keep getting loose, but havent been able to figure out how to fix it. I believe my axle is moving, which causes my chain to tighten or looses. I have tightened eveything i can see but it still happens. Has anyone had this happen before or does anyone know what i could be missing? I've replaced the chain already thinking it was just a chain issue, but that did nothing. I see the chain very tight at times, and very loose at times. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well dude try replacing you axle bearings and you should be good to go.if there shot then thats why your axle is moving and thats what is making your chain become loose

i was having this prob on my banshee and it was the adjustment tab under the carrier was stripped. i would tighten it up and within about 15 min i was having to readjust it.
