Foreman 400TRX FW carburetor primer plunger

Having trouble using primer plunger on carb. Pulled apart and tried to clean. Found plunger rubber piece deteriorated. The unit will not build prime. Any ideas on repair/replacement short of OEM or possible aftermarket suppliers?
