my buddy says that his cannondale will go 95 mph. with on sprocket mods. is this true?

MY moto hsbeen clocked at 85mph on the beach,wet sand. I ran out of power not at rev limit in 5th gear and I weigh 250lbs

What on a stock 37 hp engine? Never happen.

The factory brochure says 39hp for a moto with the stock fmf exhaust. A couple less with the trail legal systems. And our thousands of dyno pulls also confirm this.
I will also add that my Dale supermotard topped out at 96mph on the speedo with the stock engine but thats a bike not the quad.
Gearing a quad to go that fast and having the power to push it that fast against wind and surface drag are something else.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but when it comes to knowledge of cannondales, witech is one of the gurus. Just FYI.
While there are some stock bore cannondales out there making 50+ hp, they have some significant port work, mapping, and other mods. Take care.

According to the documents that came with the quads I have here the Canniball/Speed models have 40HP at the crank and the Blaze/Moto models have 45HP at the crank.
