Well i did a search and looked around but didnt really find what i was looking for, i have a 89 r right now and was wanting to build a hybrid, and what i wanted to know is that there are frames made just for the crf conversions right? and i would have to buy one of those frames, but could i just buy like a lonestar frame thats made for the 250r motor and make that for the crf or just have to buy the crf frame conversion and also does anyone know who still makes the crf conversion frames?

Thanks,
ronny

Anything is posible. You could even take the 250r frame you have now and convert it. It wont be as strong as a aftermarket frame but it would get the job done. I am using a LSR 250r frame and converting it to a YZ426. You might even consider doing a YZ426 400ex hybrid. I think ss440ex still makes a motor mount kit for the motor and chassis combo.
