Graydon out of business?

I've been searching and there are a lot of threads wondering if they have gone out of business but no definite answers. Have they went belly up or what?

I need some nets for my nerfs.

If anyone has a set for these bars, knows what will fit, or knows the company's number and if they still do business please let me know.

On another note, if I can't get new nets I'll probably just put big fat pegs on it and leave the nerfs off. Does anybody know who makes just fat pegs without nerfs?

Pro Armor makes just fat pegs without nerf or heel guards but im not sure if they make em for a 250R

I just called them, the girl working the phone didn't even know what a 250R was. She asked me if it was a Yamaha, a Kawasaki or a Honda. Needless to say they transferred me to someone who know half a crap about what they were talking about and they don't make them for a 250R.

Thanks for the reply though, Mike.

I wonder, though, if the 400EX or 450R pegs will fit? I may just get a set of those for another model and weld them onto the existing bracket for my stock footpegs. I have no idea, though, if that could work.

Discontinued!

What would work with the Graydon nerfs is to take off their footpeg part and weld it onto a stock footpeg to make it into a widepeg.

Or you could chop it off at the peg and bolt and drill a hole/bolt it, so it doesn't slip around the pro-peg mount.

If you have a 88-89, you will have no problem, but try to find some for a 86-87. I wish I could find some IMS heel gaurds and pegs for my 86 250r.

Will a set of nets from another model work? Maybe get some dimensions off yours and start calling companies that make nerfs, I am sure one of them will have something that will work.

The old style AC Pro Peg nets with 3 each way work great. I have 2 sets of Graydon's. This has worked well.

You guys have no imagination. Use a tie down, just cut it and burn the edges, use some cool looking rivets or stitch where they intersect.
