Well I've been trying many different pressures with my evols, and I was wonder what everyone else is running. If you could please post your weight and air pressures.

Are you looking for an mx or xc setup?

My xc:
evol around 105 psi
main around 35 psi

I weigh 135/140 lb

For mx I would prolly bump my evol up to around 130ish and decrease my main to get my ride height lowered more.

No, you want to set your pressures with the quad on a stand or at least the front end off the ground.
