How much of a pain in the *** is it to change the rear sprocket?......I threw the chain and it took out the rear sprocket .

It looks like a major pain, but it is not too bad. Remove cotter pin and axle nut, unhook upper control arm. Outer axle should slide out of carrier pretty easily and then slide old sprocket off shaft. Reverse steps and done. Not too bad.
