Some of you have probably seen my post on other sites but I figured I would share my setup on here in case you haven't. Figured it may help someone on here....
Dynoed on a DynoJet 168 dyno
Mods:
HMF Elliptical slip-on
K&N for the stock air box (same as Polaris K&N)
JD Jet Kit
EHS Lid
Jetting:
Stock Pilot
JD Jet kit with red needle on 4th clip
Fuel screw 2 turns out
165 main jet
A/F sensor showed this setup to be spot on throughout the RPM range. It gave 44.93 hp and 34.90 torque. This will richen slightly as the temps hit the summer norms since it was 65-70 when it was dyno'ed.... Forgot to mention, I am at about 1000ft elevation....

I am not sure if they do PCIII tuning or not but I do know that they had just done a Raptor700R the day before that had well over 50lbs of torque.... As for the place, I got it done at Extreme TEC-ATV in a small town north of Columbus, OH called Mt Gilead. Good guys, then let me help out....
