Banshee not shifting under a load???

Shifts just fine when your not getting on it but anytime you hammer on it...it sticks in gear untill you let the RPM's drop then it will shift again...NOW i have put a new clutch in it flushed the tranny out I just bought the banshee and the oil looked bad...that is why i flushed it and was told to run ATF in it..seem as i have put a new clutch in it that i can get shift at higher RPM now but still not at full throttle...any idea's? thanks
