450R spindle question?

I found on Ebay some brake pads that supposedly can work for both 450R's and 250R's (front brakes). My question is, are the 250R calipers able to fit onto 450R spindles? The 450R calipers are dual piston like the 250R's correct? It would save me from having to buy the 400ex/250r bracket thing (if you can even find one).

I've also found rebuild kits that are the same for both the 450R and the 250R front calipers. So i imagine they're the same. Just need to know if the 450R hubs will fit...
