Zip ties work the best, you can weld them but will break again..

i used to have an old 250 quad racer... the plastics were nothing short of spectacular. when there is a crack in them drill a hole at the end of the crack right away... this will stop the crack from spreading.

then.. if you want to make it look really mean or just clean it up a little... take a few zip ties and match them up to the color of your quads plastic. you can find them at any hardware store. drill small holes on each side of the crack and put the zip ties in the hole across the crack and wrap it underneath the plastic. pull it tight!

it will make your quad look like it has stitches... it looks pretty mean.. and its a wicked way to prevent your plastics from getting more damage

unfortuatly i dont have that quad any more..so youll just have to use your imagination!

good luck
let me know if you have any more questions.

you are right! they have almost the same versatility as duct tape! but duct tape doesn't look so good on a quad. lol
