Howdy all, I'm new to the mini mod scene and have a problem that hopfully someone can answer for me. I have been keeping up with everyones post on exriders and this seems to be the place to get some valuable input

I have a week old '08 DS90X with the following upgrades: Clutch, Exhaust, and currently waiting on CDI. All have been purchased from Maximum RPM.

My Problem is that the transmittion is running very hot, my son was running some practice laps and the CVT belt cristalized and shreaded, the Drive pully assembly came apart this happened as he was going down the straight away.

Has anyone had any problems like this? Any info would be helpfull.
