We may run our mini in a WPSA or ATVA national event this year, and I was reading through the rules. It states to run production class, only bolt on mods are allowed to the frame, except for frame gussets. Does that mean the "weld on" rear brake pedal kits I see vendors offer are illegal? What if i added a "gusset" to the frame and drilled/bolted the pedal/master cylinder to it? Thanks, Dan.

I would say yes that the weld on versions are illegal. The gussett idea would be interesting. I would not chance it. If you happen to beat that certain someone you may get protested and lose your finishing position which your kid would hat you for.
I take it you cannot find a bolt on type?

extrememiniquadsnw.com and a few other vendors has a bolt on hydraulic assembly that should work on any cvt mini out there. It was designed on the DRR, but has been use on Polaris, Kasea and Etons also. It is legal in both series.
