Desperate need for 90X piston/ring

Our plans for the GNCC race this Saturday are not looking good. My son was practicing hard today and looking awsome and then the 90X swallowed something in the motor. It sounded like a broken ring as it occurred as he went past me. The motor still ran but we shut it down as quick as I could get his attention. I'll know in a few minutes when I start working on it. I wanted to get this message out to see if anyone has a piston/rings that I could get my hands on Friday. Hoping maybe someone going to Union SC for the GNCC race could bring one. I've made a lot of calls and as I've found so far, you can't get in a hurry for parts on this thing

I've got a bad feeling the oil pump gave out as I have heard at least two others have that same problem.

Did you try Hetrick? I know they worked on a big bore kit for a DS90X. Maybe they have the original piston/rings from that build. Sorry, to hear that.

Tried Hetrick but called to late. The person I talked with was sure they had what I needed but the shop had cleared out and he had no idea where the parts may be. We have given up on the race this weekend. It looks like I'll have to pull the motor completely out to do the work which I originally thought I wouldn't have to.
