I have been doing business with Shawn (K&K) for many years. He is one of the good guys in the industry and always tries to help his customers out. When I first got started in this sport he went out of his way to help me any way he could. I think you should call him and give him a chance to make good on your situation. I have dealt with many people in the sport, some were good and some were a nightmare and K&K is one of the better shops to deal with.
