I have an 03 z400 with a yoshi slip-on what headpipe should i get, or does a headpipe even help any?

yes it helps. im not really sure which headpipe will fit your slip on. alotta head pipes dont fit slip ons. thats why they sell them as full exhausts. i know the fmf megabomb header fit my HMF slip on. maybe one of those, or i'd call up yoshi and see what they recommend.

i have a yoshi slip on and got a power bomb header but had to have it modified to fit ata muffler shop.
